QLtd announces the purchase of Absoft Group JV company ‘The Great Australian Survey’.

Q Ltd has acquired 100% of the share capital of The Great Australian Survey for an upfront payment of $8.5 million in cash and Q Ltd shares. The Survey is a collector of detailed demographic, lifestyle and purchasing data of consumers in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Q Ltd’s acquisition is anticipated to provide cost effective targeting, capturing and interacting with select groups of highly qualified consumers.
